Hello everyone! I have been waiting for this day since we first merged with the ScummVM project. A few hours ago, ScummVM has just released version 2.8.0, which marks the first time that online play for compatible Backyard Sports games are available on a stable release! Because 2.8.0 is finally released, We will be ending support for the older in-development 2.8.0git builds soon, and 2.9.0git builds will no longer be merged as 2.8.0git. You can still play in the latest daily builds (2.9.0git, or 2.8.1pre, whatever how this works, I will be implementing a new online version constraint so there will be no more version confusion) if you'd like, but we will be encouraging people to download the latest 2.8.0 release and give it a go!
